2008 Eagle Spirit Award

In August 2008 Pat Salmon & Sons was once again awarded the "Eagle Spirit Award". This award is given to United States Postal Service Highway Contractors that have provided exemplary service over the last year. We are honored to have received this award numerous times over the years and are are once again extremely pleased to be recongnized again. Click here to read the award letter.
ISO 9001:2000

In 1998, Pat Salmon & Sons, Inc., made the corporate decision to position the company as the most effective and competitive supplier to the United States Post Office (USPS) by embracing the International Standards Organization’s ISO 9000 Quality Management System (QMS) as the foundational management structure. During the next year, the QMS was developed and deployed throughout the company’s operating locations; achieving certification to the Standard in July of 2000. The ISO 9001:2000 QMS is maintained in a Web-enabled electronic environment for access as required throughout multi-state locations and provides the operational structure which ensures that customer requirements are thoroughly reviewed, meticulously planned, and professionally delivered as specified. The QMS also provides for the formal resolution of any deficiencies and on-going auditing of processes to continually improve service.
Corporate Quality Policy Statement
It is the Corporate Policy of Pat Salmon & Sons, Inc., to provide superior bulk mail delivery for the United States Postal Service; to provide that service correctly, and in accordance with the customer’s wishes: first time, on time, every time, and to determine the need and expectations of our customers. We will involve our employees in the continuing improvement of excellence, be aggressive in our pursuit of improvements for our community, our country, and our environment, and foster the principles of the ISO Standard to which we are certified.
